  • Situation –Help an $18M privately held company find a CEO

    Results – Set up and lead the search team. We interviewed over 60 candidates. The team interviewed seven and culled that list to 3 for the final interviews and selection by the Board of Directors. Lead the negotiations with the final candidate.

  • Situation –An upscale kitchen & bath design business, which was a privately held business, wanted to sell the business.

    Results – Found a qualified buyer, counseled both parties, and put the deal together, representing both parties. NorthPointe led the negotiations, which successfully closed the deal in early 2024.

  • Situation -An arrangement was made for a general manager to acquire the business where they were employed.

    Results – NorthPointe Strategy Group did all the financial forecasting for the acquisition, including meeting with the client’s bank to arrange financing. NorthPointe also did a valuation to help the client determine the right price and provided negotiating strategies for the buyer.
